Service was great! Hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and always had a good recommendations. No close to Oía, but they have transportation to the area, also It’s not crowded as Oía. We rent a car (very cheap in price from the ferry port) and that gave us the opportunity to move all around the island and this place was perfect located as a pívot point. The view to the caldera, the sunrise (from our room) and the sunset were beautifully appreciated from this location. We loved this place and for sure will love to stay here again. The tour to the volcano was an A+.

You can tell they love their job and they are so kind and wonderful. They gave me the best tips and were always in touch in case I needed anything. The hotel is ideally located and you can easily walk to the best part of the Perivolos beach. Would totally recommend this place.

Santorini Kastelli Resort

We were lucky to be upgraded, and very much appreciated it, however I would still rate this a 10/10 regardless. I would particularly like to mention the Restaurant/Bar Manager - she was friendly and very efficient, however what we really noticed was that she managed her staff really well - teaching the younger waiters with details/information and kindness whilst remaining their manager. We also would like to mention Nino (on evening reception) - he was so friendly, efficient, and helpful

She also helped me call up all the places I wanted to go for booking. The breakfast is so great too! And don’t skip on their Italian inspired restaurant. Highly recommend it to everyone!

A property managed by an extremely attentive, very dedicated lady, always present to solve any problem, a capable lady, a beautiful person at heart and extremely welcoming! A lady with whom I want to keep in touch with her, a positive man with a wide smile, who charges you with a burst of energy! The accommodation was a dream, superlatively clean, coquettish, well-kept, furnished with taste, equipped with all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, some of them new. In addition, the lady constantly changes the towels, bed linen and cleanliness in the room! The exterior of the property is a fairy tale, pure white, blue gates and doors specific to the area, swimming pool, jacuzzi, which the lady takes care of constantly, being attentive to all the programmers and the compositions of the solutions that had to be added. The courtyard was always lit up at night with ambient lights that gave a romantic note! A very important point is the fact that you have a lot of peace, the property is secluded and far from the infernal noise of tourists at night, but it's worth the price! So I assure you that it is an accommodation that should not be avoided! Sincere thanks and many hugs from us!! (Flori, Vali and Flavius)😍
