It was a lovely spacious relaxing home with plenty of shady and sunny areas outside. The pool was lovely - and very warm when heated. We had a very lovely stay and hope to return.

Very nice house, not wide but with many floors and even a garage. The two terraces allow sitting in the sun or shade throughout the day. Great starting point to go to los Gigantes and other places. The kitchen was very well equipped and had the essentials for cooking (oil, spices etc.).

Initial door entry was problematic as the key to the security door was inside the apartment and we had to wait until someone came out of the building to get in. The doors to the balcony opened but would not shut and although this was reported and an assurance given that the matter would be attended to, nothing happened. Overall we were pleased with the accommodation and enjoyed the holiday, although the resort was quite hilly, which made it difficult to get around and down to the beach area.

Compared to big resorts Puerto de Santiago was a quiet town perfect for resting and escaping from hustle and bustle. There were some buses to use nevertheless a car was a great option to move around the island from Puerto de Santiago. The beach was rather small with black sand.

The facilities were clean and the breakfast was good. The pictures on line make it look far nicer then it is. Our balcony looked straight across the street into a residential building. The street was very loud. It is located at the end of a shopping strip. The location is far from beach and tourist spots.
I booked it on a 4 star rating but later found it is rated as 2 star.

Very nice place with stunning views but a lot of hills and a lack of artificial beaches. I prefer natural shore though but generally playa La Arena was the only choice in terms of beach time. Nice place to stay for 2 days and move somewhere else. There is almost nothing to do in the evening apart from a couple of bars. But I have to say during my 2 week stay in the winter, the weather was the best in Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes area. Keep that in mind. Its also a good starting point to see Teide, Masca and Puerto de la Cruz but very far away from Santa Cruz. Next time I will 100% choose Santa Cruz instead of any Tenerife Sur town. Just too many tourists everywhere. Santa Cruz is different.
On the other hand nearby Los Gigantes offers many nice cruises, kayaks, e-bikes, trekking routes etc. So for more active people imo its a good place to be.

A lovely small place with a good choice of restaurants and bars. Probably not for younger holiday makers who may prefer a more lively resort. But if you like a nice relaxing holiday with a good selection of nice bars and places to eat then this is lovely. You must be reasonably fit as the road and paved areas are quite hilly. There are some nice walks to local villages and beaches if you like to walk a bit rather than just sun lounge all day. Lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

The absolute best thing of this apartment is the amazing spacious balcony with the ocean at your feet. It is located straight at the shore. Fantastic ocean views. Nice furniture on this balcony: a bench, chairs and a table. Great for watching the sun set over La Gomera in the distance. Great location just on the edge of Puerto de Santiago. Just a 5 minute walk to Playa de Arena but on the quiet side of the town. Supermarket across the street and a few nice restaurants on the doorstep. Good wifi. Nice and complete kitchen.
The apartment is in a complex, consisting of many buildings and having swimming pools. The host was lovely Anastasia, which was more than helpful and kind. The room was spacious, had a balcony with sunbeds and table, and view at the pool. Kitchen was great, even had an automatic espresso machine. It also had a Smart TV. Bathroom was nice, with a shower and hot water all day long. It was overall a perfect room, and if I ever return to Tenerife, I will definitely stay there again.
Everything! The apartment is exceptional. Very good value for the space and the amazing view. Very tastefully furnished and the host has thought of all the little touches which make for a very satisfied guest. We would love to stay here again if we return to Tenerife.
I still cannot believe how beautiful the view is, and the balcony is huge! We will miss it
The property is very close to La Arena Beach, one of the best beaches in Tenerife, and close to restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities to make your stay very comfortable. The host, Luis is very nice and professional and goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome, and he was very receptive to quickly fix any problem we might have.
The location of the hotel, the ocean view. Good quality food. Puerto de Santiago is a little less touristic and therefore we like it more. Although there was no carparking at the hotel we didn't have problems to park our rental car in the neighborhood. To go hiking in the Teide National Park you have to count a 1 hour drive.
Hotel was amazing! Perfect for families. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment each night. It felt very safe. Exceptionally clean. Food was top quality also, with plenty of it all throughout the day. We had the best holiday and we were really looked after. Bed was massive and super comfy, always a win in my book!
The owner is punctual responsive and friendly. The view was great and the proximity to two very good traditional fish restaurants was great. All you need in the apartment for cooking and washing clothes. A good place for me to relax for just under a week at reasonable prices for the time of the year in south Tenerife.
Very well located in the center of Puerto de Santiago, 5 minute walk to the beach, 20 to los Gigantes. I was greated by Marisa who was very pleasant and had continuous contact with Antonio who made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Supermarket and swimming pool right outside.
Breakfast was good also the location. Would recommend this hotel! The receptionist Bharti was of great help. Made sure our stay at the hotel was of great ease. Ensuring our trip to Spain was also enjoyable, helping us sort transportation, giving us activity recommendations & directions. No complaints whatsoever.
The breakfast was fine. There was plenty of choice and you could sit outside. The hotel is pretty, but they didn't inform us that we had a "regular" room in an abandoned wing that clearly wasn't taken care of and that the good spots in the restaurant were for VIP. The airconditioning was ok.
Breakfast is delicious, staff is extremely friendly, the apartments are spacious, clean and the view is beautiful. From the many hotels that I've visited this experience is most definitely one of the best and is family friendly, will surely be coming back again
Nice view from the balcony. Plenty of space for four adults. Very near to supermarkets. We would stay again if going to this resort but would probably look to another if going to Tenerife in the future. It was very good value for the price.
We had a wonderful time in Tenerife in this great appartment. Everything was very clean and the appartment provides all the necessary equipment. The host team is great and available at all time for any questions.
The location is fantastic. There are breathtaking views on the ocean and cliefs from the balconies and the roof. The facilities are modern and comfortable. Probably, this is one of the best hotels in the area.
Best 4-star hotel I have seen! Friendly personal with nice clean rooms. The hotel also thought about the children (4+) with several events! Finally, the location is perfect and the price for these is fair.
We liked the chill zone in the back, workout zone and a space to work in quiet. Love the view on the ocean, how open the hotel was and staff was always smiley and helpful.
An amazing, new hotel with the most amazing staff I've ever met 😀. Everything so pretty. And you can see the amazing Tenerife's sunsets straight from the hotel.
Huge room with excellent rainforest shower. Nice balcony with excellent view. Excellent choice of food for both breakfast and dinner. Local shops next to hotel.
