I loved the bed....we got to full King room and it was so nice and comfortable. Small, but what else edo you expect in NY. Great location also...right around the corner from Times Square. I would have liked to see an informatin brochure in the room. Most hotels have these and explain the city a little bit and what the most popular tourist locations are. This hotel didn't have that. |

Good location. 1. We did not have hot water for 3 nights, i complained and they did nothing. 2. They didn't bring new soap or shampoo for 2 days until i asked. 3. The rooms are very small 10' x 10' |

The lobby looked very nice, modern and inviting. I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered a king size bed and received a queen size. There was no dresser in the room. At one point, I we could not get into the room. Hotel staff had to break into the room for us and then we found out that the room was not serviced. |

The room ist small and simple but has everything you need and it's all nice and clean. Very usefull too, was the business room with free internet, printers, etc. Specialy on the weekends, try to get a room on the upper floors, there was very loud music in the bar until 4am. No chance to sleep without earplugs... It's okay during the week. |

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to N - R - W subway and Times Square. The rooms were clean, very fashionable newly decorated hotel, excellent front desk staff has a bar and a night club in the hotel (a popular one). 24 hour hot water from the tab. No coffee machine nor mini bar in the rooms. Rooms were very small with almost no space to move. There is no SKYPE phone at the hotel. |

Very comfortable bed. Simple, clean and functional room. Centralized location. Friendly staff. It was hard to book things because the concierge was not always there. |

Great location...close to lots of landmarks We had to call the front desk twice because there was no hot water. No conditioner. Locked me out of my room before I checked out. |

Free Wifi, super-comfortable bed, nice TV and shower room, good location. Two slow and small lifts, room was small. As far as I could make out there was warm water but no hot water in the shower. |

Its location...right in the middle of everything. The rooms were so comfortable and cosy and the staff were fantastic. I really can't find one negative thing to say. |
