The hotel staff was - without any exception - very committed and excellently prepared to facilitate all guest needs immediately Concierge recommended a restaurant (the water's edge) to follow the 4th of July fireworks, but from there one could not see even one rocket. A lot of money wasted for nothing. |

good personal service and good location my deluxe room which is more expensive than their standard and superior rooms already was very small for the price i paid even in nyc. also tiny closet space and drawer space. |

excellent location in quiet street of Madisson aveniu on Manhattan ,very close to Central park and all shops. Very professional staff always willing to help. Very comfortable beds with beautiful luxury shits with silky finish. aircondition was not working well and making it worse buy high temerature of 40° BUT STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL BUYING SMALL AIR CONDITIONS FOR EACH ROOM ! Special treatment only for guests with american express credit card, it would be nice if that treatment is extended to those traveling with visa gold card. |

Su ubicación geográfica Nos tocò un cuarto muy oscuro y con un permanente ruido de un sistema de aire acondicionado del edificio vecino. El hotel nos descontó una noche por nuestra queja por lo que quedamos contentos. Creo que en otra oportunidad de visita, me asegurarìa un cuarto con luz y sin ruido. El rate fue muy bueno. |

Kurz gesagt: ein tolles Hotel in schöner, zentraler und ruhiger Lage. Top-Service - wie man es von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten kann. Einziger Wermutstropfen: der Preis: 595 Dollar plus 13% Steuern sind einfach ein Wahnsinn. New York ist zwar eh super-teuer, aber man kann sicher für 150 Dollar weniger genauso gut übernachten. |
