Nice boutique hotel. Good location. Staff we OK (cleaners were very friendly) and the rooftop bar is excellent albeit the waitresses could do with an upgrade. Had to move rooms from the initial allocation but this was done without any issues and the new room was great. Overall things we efficient but a little clinical rather than the feeling of being a welcomed quest. Good restaurant on the side.

No one told us about the spa or the gym in the basement. A huge oversight as I would have used both. Not much sense offering a free cocktail token if you print gratuity not included on the back as it is not a free drink then, or is it!

The bed was amazingly comfortable and there was a never ending supply of piping hot water. The roof top bar was an amazing experience. Super room service Always felt safe at night plenty of security on front door. location fantastically central.

We found some of the female reception staff rude and extremely unhelpful. The hotel is unhelpful when it comes to cashing travellers cheques.

Staff respond to my request in timely manner.

Room is pretty small for what I expect. Bed is not comfortable at all. I really think the bed r made be ache all over when I woke up.

The hotel is noisy; one hears one's neighbours and the street. Better isolation would be appreciated

Absolutely loved the staff, they were very helpful and mindful. I also
really enjoyed the Ava lounge....WOW! That really made it a deciding
factor for me to make a next booking. The room was very nice and clean
and it did not feel like a hotel room at all, more like an apartment.
The breakfast was delicious and once again the staff was very friendly

Not at all, everything was amazing!

The decoration was enjoyable

My room was a bit run-down in the bathroom - water damage in the drywall - Shower tile wanted re-grouting, Basin sink was hard to get to - had to place head under overhanging glass & steel shelf. Duvet on bed was way to much cover for the summer - constant in and outof cover to cool off. It would be fine in cool weather.
