Zeer goede ligging, weinig last van lawaai (een beetje wel). Vriendelijk personeel, zeer behulpzaam. Zeer nette kamers, comfortabele bedden. Een aanrader. Een beetje opmerkelijk was dat er voor WiFi internet moest bijbetaald worden (19$ per dag). Ik zou in dit soort hotels dit inbegrepen verwachten. |

De ligging van het hotel was perfect voor een bezoek aan ny, midden op times square terwijl je geen last hebt van lawaai; je kunt koffie en thee maken op je kamer; fitness aanwezig en sauna, heerlijk na een dagje shoppen! Het ontbijt is duur, 20 dollar pp, wel erg lekker, maar je kunt ook ergens anders gaan ontbijten. |

No hot water for over an hour in the morning with temperature in the teens. For $300 per night we minimally expected clean sheets and a warm shower. |

Central location - staff in the main helpful - very nice nice reception and lounge area -- plenty of space in room with spacious bed and very nicely decorated and furnished --Room was cleaned daily to a very good standard-- Restauarnt food somewhat expensive but there are plenty of very good Deli's nearby offering buffet breakfasts etc at a reasonable price. I made use of the complimentary swimming pool area during off peak times--The use was limited to one outer lane for hotel residents and the water was on the cold side.Also the steam room and sauna area in particular would benefit from a makeover/refurbishment.I am unsure as to whether the Hotel is responsible for this area or if it is independently run by the new york sports club |

Our stay at the Crowne plaza was a perfect choice for our holiday. The hotel, the room and bathroom was so clean and also smelt clean, the staff were also very helpful and polite. We also had dinner at there restaurant and drinks at there bar, where we found it to be very modern and clean. If we were to visit ny again there would be no other choice but to stay there again. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel. We accidentaly knocked a lamp off the table and broke it, we were a bit worried as it looked expensive, but when we told the staff, there was no fuss and they did not make us pay for it. For anyone visiting ny and looking for entertainment donot buy tickets for a comedy show if someone trys and sells you them as your walking down the street, we did |
