Dobbeltværelset var meget komfortabelt og flot indrettet. Badeværelset havde både karbad og bruser og var stort og godt indrettet. Morgenmaden var god og varieret, ligesom lokalet var indbydende. Baren var for lille og forkert placeret. Kunne flyttes til et andet sted i det store opholdsrum med sofaer, så den bliver synlig for alle gæster der opholder sig i lokalet. Der bør være et stort opslag i receptionen, som viser at der er et fitness rum, med angivelse af placering på hotellet. |

Great location to all tourist interests and train station Not all rooms are non smoking rooms. You can be unlucky and get a smoking room and it can be very unpleasant. |

Location in the centre of Rome is ideal for walking and it is also next to the Termini which is the main hub of transport for the city. The bed wasn't very comfortable |

The cooliness of air conditioning while outside was extremely hot, kidding!!! Nice hotel, good sized room. couple of things.the staff at the reception was not extremely kind, not unpleasent neither, just not kind enough. We expected to find a big double bed (we booked a double room) and we got two single beds. Last thing, we had the impression (only impression because we didn't keep the bill and we had dinners too) they did charge us more compare to the rate we had from the reservation form. |

Location, air conditioning and breakfast. The personnel were quite rude in the reception from start and didn't speak English too well. We were billed some minibar drinks that we hadn't drunk. No-one said goodbye when we left. The beds were hard, the shower leaked to the bathroom floor. |
