Venligt, service minded personale. God beliggenhed (dejligt ikke så trafikeret område, nær skøn park - Kensington/Htde. Samtidigt dejligt tæt på Padington station), rent på værelset. Værelset var lidt lille.Manglende udluftning på badeværelset |

Fredeligt hotel. God morgenmad. Værelset var meget lille, uden tvivl det mindste og snævreste, jeg har boet i. Der var en stor del af tiden ikke noget varmt vand i hanerne. |

the lovely and pleasant boyana taking nearly 1 hour to check in because the internet site failed to send booking to the hotel.and been moved to the downstairs room next to the dining room.I therefore went to reception to complain and received a very uninterested reply... |

Staff very courteous and helpful; hotel clean but room was very small and cramped though £79 was a good price. We had to change rooms because the central heating wasn't on and therefore no radiator working. But even when we changed rooms the central heating stil wasn't on! |

Furnishings very goodRoom relatively clean and warm No restaurant - needed to trawl the streets. Bathroom simply too small. Faulty light fitting above desk. |

Staff were helpful and polite. Twin room was too small and by no means 'deluxe'. TV reception on terrestrial was appalling and not worth having. Water pressure for shower too low. No way should this be promoted as a 4* hotel! |

Good location, no early morning house keeping which was good. Relaxed check out times. Good sized towels. Decent iron and board and hairdryer. Luke warm water in bathroom, which took at least ten minutes to get that warm. Poor water pressure. Very small room for two people. |
