Nice room,good breakfast,we upgraded to a suite for a minimal carge and got lots of extras although the normal room rate is pretty expensive! |

We upgrade to the penthouse as the room we had book was smaller than expected. room service was not great at restocking coffee tea etc |

The quality of the room and its equipment It was a bit hot and with fixed windows we had to rely on the air con to keep us cool - it was not entirely effective all the time |

Being so new the hotel was in pristine condition. We were upgraded to a studio with its own sitting room area, bedroom area and kitchenette between the two which gave us lots of space. The room was also very well sound proofed and we were undisturbed despite off a corridor just above the restaurant in the atrium. The air conditioning on its coldest setting did not cool the room sufficiently even in November. We would be very wary about staying there in the summer. |

location, decor did not appreciate the hotel trying to move us on our arrival at 11.15pm. Arrived to be informed they had over booked and wouold need to move us to a different Park Plaza hotel for the friday night but that we would be unable to stay there for the saturday night and would need to return to our original hotel!! We found this totally unaceptable as this would have destroyed the relaxing nature of ou |

The rooms were very modern and a great design. The room was not ready at checkin time, and then there were no towels, and they took a little while to be delivered |
