Polite service in the hotel bar. Checking in and out took far too long but the main problem was that the heating in the room and the hotel generally appeared to be on full, which lead to a very uncomfortable nights sleep. |

Really liked the room and the bar was excellent, great ambience. The check in was not as smooth as I would have liked, I booked the room on Maestro as a supprise for my boyfriends birthday on arrival I was told that I could not use the maestro card and would need to provide a credit card, I tried to explain at least 3 times that I had no other cards with me. My boyfriend then had to step in and assist and I did not want him to be aware of the price.... |

Cleanliness, environment, privacy I have encountered difficulties to pay with a valid EMV-incorporated card; there was a miscommunication between the reception office and the Level facilities (I was not on the list for breakfast in the three mornings for which I have been considered for this facilities) |

Very comfartable and in a good location Tables in dinning room to close, noticed that they were not wiped between different guests, and one ocation the saucers and spoons were nor changed, during breakfast. |
