２歳５ヶ月の幼児と一緒であったが、一階のバーでお茶、夕刻から午後までワイン等も無料でサーブされ、気分転換ができた。スペイン資本であり、ラテン系のサービスは実に心地よかった。 ロンドンでは、過去６回ほど滞在しているが、いずれも２星、３星であった。今回、４星である当ホテルを利用し、３星と４星の質の差が極めて大きいと実感。他方、料金がもう少し安く抑えられれば、良い。次回も利用したい。 |

Polite service in the hotel bar. Checking in and out took far too long but the main problem was that the heating in the room and the hotel generally appeared to be on full, which lead to a very uncomfortable nights sleep. |

Really liked the room and the bar was excellent, great ambience. The check in was not as smooth as I would have liked, I booked the room on Maestro as a supprise for my boyfriends birthday on arrival I was told that I could not use the maestro card and would need to provide a credit card, I tried to explain at least 3 times that I had no other cards with me. My boyfriend then had to step in and assist and I did not want him to be aware of the price.... |
