Friendly accomodating staff

The hotels position, opposite St. Pancras, is excellent however arrival by taxi is not easy due to the railings on the roadside. The taxi had to drop me on an adjacent side street.

The room was very well appointed with excellent fittings.The food in the restaurant was very good.

The taxi driver was unsure of the location. We walked past the hotel twice before we found the entrance !

The room was exceedingly comfortable in every respect. The hotel staff were invariably courteous and helpful

I found it difficult to use the television set. The controls were confusing and the remote control did not always work. The internet connection was a little too slow. The continental breakfast was not good value for money.

Newly re-decorated interior with trendy design. Very good location in immediate proximity to King's Cross & St. Pancras railway and tube stations.

Minibar did not contain anything but water (which by the way was not re-filled after the first night) and milk (i.e. no any drinks etc.) - don't understand why in a 4* hotel... Some of the rooms overlooking Euston road are rather noisy round the clock due to very thin window framework used.

Wonderful position for Eurostar. Very friendly staff. Despite reviews saying it was noisy because it lacked double glazing our room was double glazed and quiet. Comfortable, good value for money and again wonderful position.

The coffee maker took a while to master to produce hot coffee.

Very clean room. Comfortable apart from inconvenience of water supply.

Yes, problem with the cold water supply to the bathroom, which I believe another reviewer has noted. Water ran hot from the cold tap. Shower/bath far too hot as a consequence. I was offered another room, but chap on reception told me to run the water for 5 minutes and it would be ok - he was right, but if the water supply was turned off again, you had to go through the process again.
